Competitions & Prize Drawings – General Conditions
Rakennuskemia reserves the right to disqualify any participant who plays or enters against the rules.
Rakennuskemia reserves the right to independently assess what constitutes rule-breaking (including use of assistive tools, multiple accounts, or identity manipulation) and to disqualify players or participants at its sole discretion.
All competitions and prize draws organized by Rakennuskemia are intended to bring fun and joy in a fair and honest spirit.
Our goal is always to recognize the player or participant who achieved their result fairly and by following the rules.
Rakennuskemia’s decision is final in all matters related to game fairness, entry eligibility, prize selection, and disqualification.
Only entries received during the official entry or event period are valid. Late or incomplete entries may be disqualified.
Eligibility & Participation
Competitions and prize drawings are open to individuals who meet the age and legal eligibility requirements in their country of residence.
Some competitions may be restricted by geographic location, event access, or specific role exclusions (e.g. employees or partners of Rakennuskemia or affiliated companies).
Participants must provide accurate and truthful information when entering or claiming prizes.
Only one entry per person, unless otherwise stated.
Prizes
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered unless explicitly stated.
Rakennuskemia reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary (e.g. due to availability).
Winners may be required to verify their identity and eligibility before receiving any prize.
Rakennuskemia is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged deliveries, especially where third-party services are involved.
Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their prize, as required by local laws.
Communication
By entering, participants agree that Rakennuskemia may contact them via provided contact details solely for purposes related to the competition or prize distribution.
Winners will be notified by email, phone, or in person depending on the event format. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, the prize may be forfeited and re-awarded.
Any announcements made on-site or online by Rakennuskemia representatives supersede pre-published details in case of conflict.
Disputes, Law & Cancellation
Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of Rakennuskemia, whose decisions are final and binding.
Competitions and drawings are subject to the laws and regulations of the country where the event or campaign is hosted.
Rakennuskemia reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any competition or prize draw at any time without prior notice in the event of technical failures, fraud, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Force majeure: Rakennuskemia is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to unforeseen events beyond its reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions).
Privacy & Data Use
By participating, you agree that your game data (nickname, score, play count, email address or other contact details) may be collected for leaderboard or prize purposes.
The game may only be played during the official event opening hours.
The game may only be played using the designated device at the event.
Each person may attempt the game a maximum of 100 times.
The use of any assistive tools such as bots, browser slowers, or AI is strictly prohibited.
Do not use multiple usernames to increase your chances.
Do not use a nickname that:
Contains profanity or inappropriate language
Is offensive or otherwise inappropriate Players using such nicknames may be disqualified.
Do not attempt to modify the game software or device. Tampering with the event device, game files, or hardware in any way is strictly prohibited.
Do not interfere with the internet connection or network settings. Using VPNs, proxies, or any network tool to influence gameplay performance is not allowed.
Each participant must compete under their own name or nickname. Sharing accounts or playing on behalf of someone else is not allowed.
One player = one identity. Using multiple identities or names to gain more attempts or advantages is considered cheating.
Only individuals physically present at the event can claim prizes. Prizes cannot be claimed on behalf of someone else or remotely.
Employees of Rakennuskemia or partner companies are not eligible to win prizes (unless otherwise stated).
Winners may be required to verify their identity before receiving any prize.
In the event of a technical error or crash, Rakennuskemia reserves the right to reset game data or replay scores as needed. No responsibility is taken for lost scores due to hardware or network failure.
